The ASTA safety valve of the P01 series is a proportional spring valve mainly used in heat supply systems. The valve has pipes of the same size at the inlet and outlet. For steam and superheated water, the P02 series should be used.
Proportional design. The ability to adjust the opening pressure in the range from 0.45 bar to 16 bar. The body is made of gray cast iron PN16.

The ASTA safety valve of the P02 series is a full-lift spring valve, mainly used in steam supply systems, as well as on superheated water in heat supply. The outlet pipe is two sizes larger than the inlet, which allows for the most optimal throughput, taking into account the expansion of steam with a decrease in pressure, including when superheated water is released into the atmosphere.
Full-lift construction. The ability to adjust the opening pressure in the range from 0.45 bar to 16 bar (up to DN100x150). The body is made of gray cast iron PN16.

The ASTA P04 SAFETY VALVES are designed to protect systems from pressure increases above the permissible level by dumping the working medium into the disposal system. It is used to protect tanks, pipelines and equipment of heat, water, steam supply systems and other systems.
Application: steam, water, compressed air, gases and liquids compatible with valve construction materials.

ASTA P05 SAFETY VALVES made of brass are designed to protect systems from pressure increases above the permissible level by dumping the working medium directly into the environment. It is used to protect tanks, pipelines and equipment.
Application: Neutral media: air, gases, technical vapors compatible with valve construction materials.

Safety valves made of stainless steel ASTA P04 are designed to protect vessels, equipment and pipelines from an emergency increase in pressure beyond the permissible value.
